I found a forum and coming out in the internet

I found a forum today,Laura's Playground, and I resgistered in it(just waiting to be able to post)
I'm planning to post about my coming out letter, and use it in my many doubts about HRT and the therapy itself.
Maybe I post my story too.Im already part of a Pokemon forum, and Im going to come out to the members there when Im full time(I think it is better),with new facebook and stuff. So,do you guys already had to come out in the internet?
Bye(Im going to study,I swear!!

  1. I think coming out on the internet must be the easiest. :)

And forums and communities really help. I like especially susans.org and I also used to be on crossdressers.com (despite the name there are lots of ts/tg girls there) but found the latter a bit unconfortable... people weren't too nice there. But Susan's is great. And sometimes I've been reading a bit on Laura's Playground but I never write anything there. I think it will really help you.

And as for me, I've always kind of been out onthe internet. I don't see any reason why I should keep my male persona around here. So more often than not I didn't need to come out online becaus everyone here knows me as Brenda. But I did come out online or per email to some friends that I already knew offline. And it was easier for me that way than face to face.

  2. Hi Brenda,thanks for the comment^^
Yeah maybe will be easier, there are only very few members that I have as friend on facebook or have their email, but Im planning on changin my nickname and making a coming out post. The members are between 10 and 20 something years old,the most I talk are between 12 and 23 but some of them are very immature, but it will be easier then coming out for my parents, and then for the rest of the family :/
    Bye^^
